To make thermal receipt printer be compatible with Square/Shopify pos software

So, per my understanding, the problem is to program the bluetooth interface so that it's compatible with the Shopify's POS interface and both work together well. I need a few more details before I can advise you well: • First of all, we are talking about connecting with the Shopify's mobile app right? • What is the bluetooth hardware in the printer products? • Did you make the product as per shopify's requirement the first time? Do you know the souce of incompatibility? Are you able to make a bluetooth connection to the device at the bare minimum?
