Hola. En qué etapa del proyecto te encuentras actualmente? Es prototipo? Cuentas ya con el servidor para recibir los datos? Por la información que nos brindas te puedo proponer hacer una primera app prototipo para android -aunque con el mismo código se puede exportar para iOS después- que se conecte a un dispositivo ELM327 y muestre los valores. Si no tienes una base de datos puedo crear una en la nube para que de una ve vaya guardando la información. La app estará hecha con HTML-JS así que hacer adaptaciones a futuro será bastante sencillo y queda casi lista para cuando quieras compilarla en iOS. Qué te parece? Tu proyecto es muy interesante.
