Mobile App Developer Needed for Uber Style App (iOS/Android)

Hi, we are seeking a mobile app developer that has potential to be a part of an up and coming Uber style app that will revolutionize the industry. Potential for a long term contract is available based on performance of this first project. Please read the description carefully and ONLY apply if you feel confident that you meet all of the criteria we require. Details: The Applications are already 95% developed which consist of a User and Driver app, for both iOS and Android platforms. We have taken over transferring the project from the previous development team and have setup web services on our own servers as well as updated some of the source code with the new web services. Our current developer is experiencing difficulty in completing the transfer within our deadline so we require a developer that can pick up from here and resolve the issue. If you are successful in doing so, many more projects will be on the way for this app. - Chosen developer must follow a Server Configuration Guide provided by previous development team which give step-by-step configuration instructions - Update the remaining source code so that the apps are fully functioning with the new web services on our servers - Make minor fixes/updates to functionality and UI such as any errors preventing smooth User Experience - We must be able to successfully test the user app making a purchase and a driver accepting it through their app and getting paid for it. All of these functions are already developed in the app, but we need to make sure these functions are working on our servers. Candidate Requirements: - Must be responsive and available to communicate via Skype messenger. - Must be motivated to complete the work promptly as we have already passed our launch deadline. - Must be able to provide at least 2-3 verifiable portfolio projects from the past, preferably an app of a similar type which would be an Uber/Lyft style of app. - Must have excellent ratings and reviews, new developers will not be considered. - Must be willing to provide regular updates on project progress such as screenshots, source file updates as requested. - All files will need to be saved in a shared Google Drive folder so we have access at all times. - Must be proficient with X Code, Android Studio, Node.js, Firebase, and MongoDB - Prior to the start of project, must be willing to sign an NDA to ensure all communicates and intellectual property of the project are protected. Payment: - Total payment for this initial project being offered is $1000. First milestone of $500 will be set and paid once all the steps in the Server Configuration Guide are complete and we have fully working applications published to the app stores, User App and Driver App for iOS and Android. - Second Milestone Payment of $500 will be released once the minor UI updates and functionality review is completed to ensure all functions are working as they should. Keep in mind this project is a 'qualifier' to ensure everything goes smoothly and work is completed as expected.
