Mobile App Overview The company is operating in a start-up mode to establish a prototype platform for delivering crisis management solutions to clients. We would like to convert our Crisis Management Exercise process into a Mobile App platform. This App platform would allow the Administrator to determine access (to various modules) and payment arrangements. The Designer (client) would use this App to develop key scenarios and exercise injects. The Designer would interview various users to understand various options or available solutions to these scenarios and injects and document them for use by the Observer. The Facilitator will control the sequence of delivery of each scenario and inject to the intended recipient (user). The user (HR, Finance, Business stakeholders .. ) would participate in the exercise and receive scenarios and injects over the App which they have to respond to within a customisable time-out period. They can respond via typing in, choosing from various available options, fill up a form, trigger a communication (call, sms, e-mail), or any other means through the App. The Observer (or assessor) can access these responses and rate these responses based on the information provided by the Designer (when he initially interviews the user and designs the scenarios/injects). The Facilitator can generate a report to show how each user (stakeholder) fare on their exercise response based on the “model answers” provided by the Designer. The report has a regulator option to associate the exercise process with compliance requirements of each local regulation (or standard) on Crisis Management exercising.
