We need to build an API to monitored and to géolocalisation dummy phone by the GSM tower. The constructors as from example ERICKSON have already an API that works on the side of the mobile operators but we need to make a bridge with other applications here is some example: To find a customer that didn't pay his microcredit loan. Emergency calls for police or ambulances. The target is to make an API that will be able to be connected to many kinds of mobile applications that have that needs.
