Quiz game with streaming videos in Unity for Android and iOS

I would like to order a "generic" quiz game in Unity. The game should: A. display a video streamed from internet address B. display text associated with given video C. when the video A has finished another short video should be played in a loop D. display a question with a couple of possible answers E. depending on the user's choice of answer from point D there is a move to another video and the cycle begins again (goes to point A) A more specific example if the above description is too abstract... A. A video is displayed showing a man walking on a street and talking about history of the city. At some point the man stops, looks into the camera and asks question: "In which year a famous guitar player was born in this city?" B. On the screen we can see subtitles to the video C. Another video is loaded after the man asked the question: the man looks in the camera and smiles. This video is short (e.g. 3 seconds) and played in a loop. D. On the screen we can see the question written and 4 options to choose from: 1. 1980 2. 1983. 3. 1985 4. 1988 The user can click an answer E. When user clicks the answer the story starts again (goes to point A) just with another video loaded. The game should be configured via xml / json file (or similar). The configuration should consist of "scenes" and navigations between them. The points should be added after each round to track total points in a game. There should be 2 possibilities of finishing the game: 1. when some points are reached (e.g. 20 points - you won, you go to the winning video) 2. when certain amount of videos were displayed but you still didn't get e.g. 20 points - then you get to the losing video :) I'm happy to explain it more over the email or skype / phone call.
