Required expert in Yii framework and iOS app development

Need to extend functionality for existing iOS app and web potion Please read "Development [login to view URL]" for the project requirement In order to work on this project, below is the necessary skillsets. 1) Need to know how to work on Yii framework The web potion is developed using Yii framework. Developer need to work on the existing source code to extend the functionality required in this project 2) Need to know how to create the necessary API (web service) needed by the iOS native app for this project An example of an existing web service created, please see [login to view URL] 3) Need to know how to work on existing iOS native app to extend the functionality required in this project 4) Backend database used is mysql. Project background Business workflow: 1) Company delivered cylinders to client. 2) client rent the cylinders until they are done using the cylinders. 3) Company then collect back cylinders after client are done using the cylinders. This project deal with point 3 only. Point 1 and 2 is already done. Some shortform that i used that you might want to take note: 1) DO = Delivery order Info related to company delivering cylinders to client 2) ECR = Empty cylinder report Info related to company collecting cylinders back from client The iphone app can only connect to the backend server when there is a wireless connection. And this only happen during when the driver is still in the factory. Once they leave the factory, there is no more connection to the backend server.
