'Special date' android mobile application

General concept of application: Making simple application for 'dating with benefits'. Two types of accounts in application. One able to show his "services". Second one to search for the nearest "offerers". More detailed features - OS: Android - Making an accounts (two types of users 'offerer' and 'searcher'): Let me explain it: Searcher turn on applicaton and can find nearest offerers by filitering them by on example age and sex. Can also set the range of scaning (from 200m to 5km) - Login and stuff like "I don't remember my password" are also required. - Setting a profile (offerer with possibility to upload many photos and for searcher with possibility to upload one photo), few general fields for each types of profile (like: age,sex,contact(needed only for oferer), height, weight, body type, colour of hairs, skin and eye) also text field with short description is required(aprox 3000 char.). - each profile needs to have possibility to set his own location each time he is logged into app and location should be downloaded by user request when he is looking for offerers (based on localization in mobile phone) - Searcher location needs to be protected as much as it is possible!!! - Searcher when turns on app can see list of next 'offerers' which are in his neighbourhood with specific ranges(setting by scroll bar from 200mto 5km) and have possibility to contact them. (by mobile phone, no need to implement own communication) What's needed to mention we only giving possibility to communicate WE DO NOT SHOW ANY USER LOCATION IN MAP! - offerer account can have possibility to turn off 'offering' and not be visible in map. - Make a simple desing. Orange or red coloring (depends on which one will be better) - App name on each appication screen "FiFaFu". - What's more it will be good if this app have possibility to add ads. - no restrictions related to the technologies, I preffer django by it only depends on you.
