Verification, Image Shrinkage before Uploading to server, Post limitation for IOS and Android APP

So I think that I can build your app wonderfully. I have 8 years experience of native android and iOS developing and I have 4 years experience of Hybrid app developing. I have the experience in deveolping such application. As for the first requirement I have experience with amozon s3 file uploading as well as using api converting the image to base64 string. I have no experience with backend development for admin to reject but if it is done on app side with a user having admin account it will be done. For you second requirement I have done it previously by setting a specific limit of width and height of picture any picture that has greater width or height than the limit it will be shrinked and the second approach is to shrink it while compressing it to convert to Base64 string before uploading to server. For you third requirement of post limitation it can be done using two approaches first by saving a number of posts in local db or second by getting the number of posts of users from server before posting.
