Write an iPhone application

I want to build a Login/Register system ( php, csharp, mysql) and the users to introduce in Register system--->>> ( username(<10 characters), password(Big letters & small letters & number check)to be bigger than 6characters) ,First-name,Surname,Country,City, address, Profile photo,phone number, email verification, , age verification(i don't want to let users under 14 years to login), gender ) and this should be a standard value after he login in the account ->Sold(0 ). In Login System I want (Username/ Password) after the pass and user is right I want & Phone Number code verification). and if all match than the user can login. When is Login I want to be displayed (Profile Photo - Username - Age - Gender - Credits). I want to allow users to stay offline just 30 minutes and after to automatic log out). I don't want to allow the same account to be login on 2 or more devices. Only one. To be well secured to sql injection and basic and advance treat. I want to mention that the system has to work/sync with csharp or JavaScript(Unity3d) because has to be use for an app Login/Register. Plus I want to allow users to buy credits( a fix amount a day 999 credits(I want an warning in my email every-time someone buy more than 100 credits)), and I want to allow them using them for betting in a room.(secured measure on all information from database) I want the credits to be sync from my database(I want to allow user to modified just if they win a game or buy credits). Plus i need also to allow users to play with others 1 to 1 /1 to5(online servers/Lan by wifi) like in 8Pool. ([login to view URL]) . I want also in a different database to be stored (how many games they won, lose, and how many credits the buy to play, lose, win )I want accurate information. And secured measured of all that. (like a master server). I want to be able to see how much data use every user. And where is very high traffic the connection to be close. I need someone is very good in PHP, JAVA SCRIPT, MYSQL DATABASE, and Know Unity3d. I want the best deal for all that I required.
