Consuming Restful webservice (API)

I have good experience in Jersey (JAX-RS). Can you please provide the detailed requirement? Which APIs are to be accessed and what details need to be saved? I hope you already have affiliate access to these APIs. I would also like to break up the project into phases and get payment for each phase once completed.
