Hello, I offered on this job because I have previous experience in the exact same situation. I worked with the Festo Company (Germany based) in the migration from Notes Forms to Sharepoint 2010 and 2013. They had a complete documentation and request system based on notes, along with workflows of course. With great success we managed to migrate.
