Conversion of the C++ code of MySQL Server 5.0.24a into C code. Searching and backporting of the most important fixes made in the more recent versions. Cleaning of any unused routines and extensions. Cleaning of the DL subsystem (to avoid a dependency with -ldl) You will start with a cleaned fork that would compile directly from a bash script. The target would be a server ready to be compiled with GCC with myisam support only.
