Database integration for my c# windows application in visual studio

I've experience in developing database Software using C# and SQL in visual studio. 1. I assume that you already have stored person photograph with unique ID number for face recognizes. If not, integrate photograph with a unique ID number. 2. Store time table in the database table with a column of that unique ID number. 3. When face detection is recognize, query the time table using the unique ID number. 4. Need two table in database. one for defining time table for person and other for storing the person timetable record, if time table need to change or shuffle. Otherwise one table will do.
