1. Enable automatic vertical scaling of RDS instance in single zone environment based on following trigger parameters:
a. Time of day/ week
b. Load on instance - DB Connections / cpu
Enable Server side to release stale DB connections - especially of Mobile Apps that have not been accessed for last ~30 minutes. Arrange re-login of such released connections
