Perl Programmer Needed for XVideoSharing

I have a video streaming site similar to youtube, where anyone can upload/stream videos. The site is running a script called xvideosharing written in perl. More details about the video script can be found here: [login to view URL]
I'd like to modify various portions of the video script. For example,
1) A drag-and-drop uploading function for multiple files. Currently, videos can only be uploaded one by one.
2) Need to tweak the remote-url uploading function, to add support for various other sites I can rip videos from.
3) Customizing the website template, modifying the design, customizing the css of the video player, etc.
I'll finalize the tasks when we start.
This could be a long term project if I want more work done - which is certainly a possibility, as every site needs to keep up and evolve over time.
It would be great if you're already familiar with xvideosharing or xfilesharing. You absolutely MUST know perl to work on this project, as the script is entirely written in perl. Also good if you know php, js, html5, and css3.
