Create a GSM Library to control GSM Modem (SIM900) through serial port from Windows APP. Develop using Visual Studio (VB.Net). Project Include Source Code, and basic sample. This is the needed feature : 1. Device Information : Get/Set Various basic information GSM Device . E.g. SMSC, Signal Info, Network parameters, etc. 2. SMS Feature : • Send & Receive SMS • Read & Delete SMS • Notification New Incoming SMS • Send & Receive Flash SMS • Send & Receive Concatenated SMS • Support USSD 3. Call Feature : • Dial, answer and hang up call • Detect incoming call, and automatically hang up the call • Detect Call Progress (AT+CLCC) 4. AT Command • Send / Receive AT+Command • Option Debug Mode Info 5. Other : • THE PRODUCT MUST BE GOOD , AND PLEASE DON'T MAKE MY PC FREEZE AND CRASH :-)
