read mail and zip/unzip

We are looking for someone able to create a class whith the following features Parameters received by the class 1.- Pop3 Server 2.- Credentials ( mail account and password ) 3.- Folder where download attachements (*) Then the class should read the messages on IN TRAY of the given mail account and will download the attached files into the specified folder (*) The class should have as well a method to ZIP a file and to UNZIP a file This method will receive the following parameters 1.-Type of operation (“ZIP” or “UNZIP”) 2.- Complete path of the file to ZIP/UNZIP 3.-Complete path of either the ZIP file to generate or the folder where UNZIP This method will ZIP or UNZIP a file according with the type of operation . There is no matter if you want to create a method to ZIP and a separate method to Unzip . We want this class developed on VB .NET (not C#) and we allow the use of a mail public library
