Debug a Nuxtjs application that is timing out on refresh via team viewer

We have an issue on a Nuxtjs project universal build. Running npm run dev, there's no problem .. Can visit site in multiple tabs and refresh but npm run build and npm start the site loads perfectly on first load, subsequently it just keep loading till it timed out however if I navigate on an already opened tab, it's working any new load is timing out, using nginx as a reverse proxy and nginx is giving 502 bad gateway... this continues unless I restart nuxt js and it takes a single request again and the trend continues
