Fix NoSQL(Firebase) databases

Need to fix 2 separate databases which are built and designed exactly the same.
Those databases are live, working and connected to an active android apps which saves their users data.
there are 2 issues -
1. currently the users data is saved without a correct timestamp in "create date" column (column exists in DB). the required situation is when a users data is saved in DB then "now" date and time (timestamp) should be save in the "create date" column so I will know when the user was saved in DB.
2. In DB there is a column called "No." which should show the user number in DB. currently users are not saved with a consistent order of1.2.3. etc.... but randomly. required situation is for each lead will be saved in DB with a consistent number 1.2.3. etc...
Note for both apps have active dashboards(as a management GUI connected to Firebase) which shows the users data and reflects the info mentioned above and more.
