Job description<br /><br />Responsibilities:<br /><br />-Strong project / program management experience <br />-Demonstrated leadership qualities such as conflict/issue resolution<br />-Excellent communication skills that would help in establishing good rapport with the client and improve Cognizant’s overall relationship with the clientele.<br />-Create customer presentations and provide support in overall opportunity management<br />-Staffing demand fulfillment<br /><br />Desired Skills and Experience<br /><br />Skills:<br /><br />-Source code management: SVN, GitHub, other source control systems<br />-Tools : Urban code deploy, Jenkins, Sonar,Fortify<br />-Nice to have Administration : Websphere application server, JBoss<br />-Good to have skills on : Java/J2EE, Maven, Ansible, Chef or Puppet(or any other configuration management), docker<br />-Hands on experience in Continuous Integration/Continous Deployment<br />-Experience on automating systems using any of the languages mentioned above.<br />-Experience on supporting production systems using log monitoring/performance tools.<br /><br />-8-10 years of experience<br /><br />-Interaction with India and US teams experience<br /><br />-Good Communication skills<br /><br />-Healthcare domain
