phonegap developer needed...

Hello,

We need a directory style of app producing that will list retailers (and their special offers etc) within a certain area based on the user's location. The screen designs have been done already so this is a development rather than a design task... the app needs to work reliably / smoothly on Android, iOS and Windows so I'm assuming that phonegap would be the best / cheapest way to go rather than native. There will need to be a web-based admin area that will be used to manage the details of the retailers etc (note this would be done centrally rather than by the retailers themselves so only one login is required)... if you prefer then I can take care of the web side of things and build a simple API for you to use or you can do all of the project - I have no preference.

If you want a fuller brief of the project then please let me know:

a) if you have used phonegap before / built cross-platform apps?

b) if you have done any directory-style apps that use GPS / google maps etc?

c) whether you would be able to do the whole project or just the app side of the work?

d) your rough day rate?

e) your availability over the next week or two?

f) confirm that upon payment all IP etc will pass over to us.
