Real Estate Photo Editing

We are an international company that are looking for talented freelance photo retouchers to work together with our professional in-house team during peak hours in production. Our clients are from all over the world and we offer a wide range of editing services to many industries. I.e. apparel & fashion, real estate, retail and eCommerce. This project is specifically created to find highly skilled people with a long experience (min. 3 years) from working with photo editing for the real estate industry. To apply for this project you need to have excellent skills in all of the following techniques: - Image enhancements - Removal/adding items - HDR image retouching - Image stiching - Sky change - Day to dusk - Perspective correction - Aerial editing It is a big bonus if you also have experience from virtual furniture, 2D/3D floor plans and 3D rendering. Do not forget to mention this in your bid message. If you are bidding on this project it is important that you can guarantee a 24 hour turnaround for at least 15 completed images (Mon-Sat). The people awarded this project will start by doing a test of three images (attached to this project): Photo 1: Removal of items, add and clean-up grass. Photo 2: HDR image retouching. Photo 3: Sky change, add grass and remove items. Your bidding price should reflect the cost of the COMPLETE scope of the test and you should be able to maintain the same level of price and quality once you are assigned to our production team. When assigned to production you will be on an hourly rate and it is therefore important that you specify your hourly rate in your message to us. To show that you have read and understood these instructions your bid message shall start with the required minimum years of experience described above, or your bid will be disqualified. It is important that you can complete the test and deliver the finalised result within 8 hours from when you are awarded, to show that you can keep the processing time we need in production.
