Hi. I know this is way over your budget but this is a realistic budget for a fully insured professional commercial photographer in the UK for three hours on site, and excludes travel costs, parking, Congestion zone, but includes the provision of proofs overnight and a single pass enhancement edit of the images to be uploaded, plus providing them at the required resolution / dimensions. Please provide the date and venue, and please believe me when I say that you won't get anyone in the UK, certainly off this site, at a lower price for what you are asking.
