Turn digital image into Lichtenstein style popr art

I will provide a two person digital image which needs to be turned into a Lichtenstein style pop art image. The bid is for one picture only.

However this is to determine quality so please send me in the comment a price you would charge per image if I would give you about a 100 images to convert.

Attached are photoshop tutorials to achieve the desired results. Please have a look at the lichtenstein tutorial to understand what we are looking for.

The picture to be converted will be provided to the winning bid. I will most likley choose more then one coder.
