Adobe Photoshop Coder Required

Hello we need a programmer who can make a smaller software for us we print passport photos for client in studios we also keep record of clients data for future printing same as negative number . so now we are modern using digital cameras we save picture in hard disk with and assign number to photo which we can search later in case customer want to print again . we need something automated. our photographer take photo attach memory card in Adobe Photoshop retouch photo etc . once its finalized . software will start working arrange photos as pattern we designed (pattern attached ) also add client info in database save image and print a slip via receipt printer . so we can use this data to print again . there will be also a wizard where things can be easy let chat to discuss
