Graphic and Video Designer for E-Commerce (Pictures and Video editing)

Hi,
We need a Graphic and Video Designer for our E-commerce business. We are looking for someone to hire long-term for an exciting growing company. The candidate's creativity and understanding of key marketing concept are important.
This person must work in Asia timezone (UTC +9).
The initial main tasks are:
- Edit and remix images and videos
- Create appealing images and videos for advertising purpose
- Edit and Improve pictures for product pages
- Edit and create special effects on videos
- Other graphic assisting tasks may be added as the work progresses
The first task would be to create a video animation like this ([login to view URL]) from a single already painted picture. Please confirm you could do that.
MUST:
- Must have a degree in a relevant field (Graphism, Design...)
- Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in e-commerce or marketing field
- Must have excellent commands of image and video editing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Première...)
- Must have fast internet connection
- Must be thorough and pay attention to details
PERSONALITY
- Must be willing to achieve
- Must be able to take initiative
- Be Trustworthy
Work will be spread from Monday to Saturday, a few hours per day. We will start with a work on hourly basis. If the applicant is proven to be good, we will hire full-time.
