Coding: Translate VBScript Mail Processor to PHP

Hi folks, we have a fairly simple visitor signup form for email and phone notifications. Currently formatted in ASP / html with VBScript but moving to Linux server, so we need the VBscript changed to PHP or whatever will work on a Linux server. The form currently has 7 text-input fields, and 14 check-boxes, all with what I'm guessing are VBscript "session variables". The form posts to an ASP file, which in turn has about 100 lines of VBscript code which processes the form output and posts it to MyEmma, a web-based mail-list service. Attached are two ASP files, which will be converted to PHP. The HTML should remain "as is" - it doesn't need to change, and it is governed by a Dreamweaver template system. The Javascript form-checking script works fine and does not need changing. Only the VBScript needs to be converted to PHP.
