We require a database to be developed: A customer / wholesale / production base relational database that will have many features including:

• Enter data once in each field and it copies to all different fields a different layout locations/pages as needed

• Drop down options within fields so different option are available, eg: fabric selection, colour selection etc etc

o More drop down options depending on other cells

• Check boxes

• Link to our accounting program (MYOB)

• Automatically send emails off the final order page at selected times.

• Full search criteria in majority of fields so we can search and find via name, sales history, colour options, etc etc etc

• User friendly, visually base,

• flexible for more upgrades in future

‘ must work on PC and apple systems, and mobile devises.

See file attached as an example - currently has no drop down etc.
