Bar/QR Code Reader + website interface

! This software is very simple. Developer can use already-done APIs (i.e. ZXing) !! See mockup attached 1) Overview This solution is composed by 2 parts: - Client (app installed in smartphone - Android) - Server (located in a website) 2) Requirements 2.1) Client (app) - It must be able to read bar and QR codes - Everytime user reads a Bar/QR code, the system will compare this code to a local base (ex: DB or XML) and will sum quantities read for specific items and `points` associated, following this logic: > If item scanned is part of local base, a counters (number of items and points) are incremented > else, message is shown ("This item is not part of our database") - Total counters of items can be uploaded to the server on demand - User must be able to see anytime: Items and counter for this item 2.2) Server - Using a simple web interface, admin can manage items that will be shared with clients (including, updating name, deleting). - This management will 'create' a new base, that will be downloaded by clients (their local base will be updated then). - This admin must be able to see all existing clients with their counters for their items
