Convert a Template to a Website

We want to establish a four-blog network using a single database. We currently have two preliminary blogs sharing a single database. More specifically: In order to try to facilitate setting up the next two blots, we used the Duplicator plugin to clone one of the existing sites. The table_prefix was altered for the third database in the [login to view URL] file, which was then returned to the archive and, along with the installer, uploaded to the new blog site. A new database was created with the WordPress network administrator function. However, when a manual install was attempted using the Duplicator plugin, the only options were to "Create a New Database", which we prefer not to do, or "Connect and Remove All Data", which we are unsure would lead to a restoration of the original data from the new site install. Therefore, we need assistance to properly create a new site using the Duplicator plugin, if that is possible. If not, we would like assistance to accomplish the same objective preferably without having to recreate template modifications by manually.
