Programmer for Debugging/Adding Function to Existing Site

I'm looking for a responsible, honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, efficient programmer who can finish a job within the time frame that is promised. The programmer absolutely must be able to have an open line of communication, provide updates on the work being done and be able to discuss any tasks at hand. This is without any exceptions. A professional demeanor is also a must.

I have an existing site that I need to make changes on. The website is developed in PHP using HTML + Ajax and has a MySQL database with an underlying Smarty framework. There is a list of tasks that needs to be accomplished but I am looking for the right programmer who I can come to on a long term basis for updates and tweaks to the site. The task list should be easy for anyone who has the above skills.
