57252 Website builder modifications.

I need a minor add on the EasySite Website Builder script. You can see the description on [url removed, login to view] and the demo on [url removed, login to view] . This project have 4 small parts, some are easier than others for a fine programmer: Part 1. Log in as the admin, then Edit Settings. There you will see three boxes to browse an image from your PC. Now, I want these three items to have an option to choose within the pre-uploaded images of three different folders "topbar", "leftbar" and "logo". I will add the images to those folders manually [url removed, login to view], 0ach folder [url removed, login to view] . In this way if the admin wants to change the topbar, he can either upload the image (as the scripts works right now) or he can choose an image from the "topbar" folder from [url removed, login to view] ... to n.gif. The same with the leftbar. The same with the logo. Part 2. Add a new option on the "Content Management Tools" called "Templates". I want the admin to choose from a list 001, 002 templates. These templates have some predefined values like "Background image", "Horizontal Color Bar", "Vertical Color Bar", x-offset, y-offset, "Main Content Background color", "Overall Background Color", "Body Footer Alligment", "Body Footer Style", some of the meny settings asswell. Part 3. Add a "Publish" option. A major inconvinience of this script is that all changes are shown instantly online, the good changes and the bad changes. I want a "Publish" option so that the admin can make all changes that he wants and that he can view them all before publishing the site. He can look all the changes in a not public site. I think that a good solution for this problem is that the database values have a clon that is shown on a siteClon. We will have index and indexClon wich is not visible to the public, just to the admin. This way every time the admis make modifications on the site, the real site will not be modified but the siteClon, wich is not visible to the public. When we are happy with the new changes, then we press the "Publish" button and all the changes take place in the real site. Now the real site is the same as the siteClon again. If the admin wants to start again because he don´t like at all his changes, then he can press a "Reset button" and all the values of the clon will be the same as in the public site. If you have any question, please use the pmb. Please quote me the whole project, but tell me how much for each part, in case I decide to leave any part for later.
