ASP Document Upload and Search

I have an online e recruitment system, where candidates can post their CV's and Recruiters in turn can search for candidates based on certain criteria and select the candidates they are interested in.

Candidates currently copy and paste their CV into an RTF contol on the form and submit their CV which is then saved into a database, this is not the most effective way of managing CV's online as it gets messy when it comes to display the CV.

I would like to allow the Candidate to be able to? upload their CV document doc or docx only by selecting their CV and clicking submit,

I also would like the recruiter to be able to search on the contents of this CV and display matching results,

## Deliverables

1. The candidate must be able to upload their CV into the database from a web page - this must be fast and effecient - the CV will be stored in a varbinary(max) field,in sql 2005

1a, the candidate can only upload doc and docx documents

2. The database tables can be provided if required - please let me know

3. The recruiter must be able to search on the contents of the CV Table and must be able to retrieve the CV document, for will need an asp page created to search for the CV and one to show the CV Results

I can provide current tables and source code for the cv upload,
