190375 Custom VBulletin MOD - Recipe

Brief: I have had a search on forums and I can not find a MOD that I am looking for. I need to increase the amount of traffic on my forum, and I want to do some kind of recipe database for members. As my foum is realted to medical conditions I think that the members will find this usefull. Details: The closest thing that I could find to what I want can be seen at the url below: [login to view URL];highlight=recipie When a users creates a new recipe it must be approved by admin before, any member can view the item. When creating the recipe a numbering system should be used for the difficulty rating. Users should be albe to upload pictures, and also video or link to YouTube. Members should be able to add comments and also a star rating system out of 5, on their thoughts of the recipe.
