Finish an Online Website Builder that was in development

This project was previous posted as Online website builder Bid ID 187697

It was not completed by the coder and we have not heard from him. We are trying to see if this project can be completed within a short time frame or if it is a total loss. Please take a look the documents we have and the code that was delivered by coder and give us your opinion. We are currently working on a longer term solution but I need something done in the next 2 weeks.

We require a website builder application that will work and offer similar features to <[url removed, login to view]> and

<[url removed, login to view]>

The Application must allow users to login and build a website online by selecting templates in a wizard type format. Users will be able to maintain and edit their website themselves with a rich text editor.

They can upload images to customize the sites

Flash intro builder would be a nice addition

We do not want a Flash site builder application; sites must be viewable in IE and Netscape without Flash plugin.

You should checkout their preview before bidding on this project. We can provide the web templates in any format needed.

No sessions allowed in application because of clustering

*Need users logon

*Must make temp directory for user files and then have accept button ,then FTP final files to server

*Be able to add modules (photo album, Messages board, forms, surveys.. Database components(display news or other info)

*easily to add templates

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
