Insurance Form Filler Web application

The web application must do the follow: **Connect to multiple Insurance website forms** and give the way to users to full fill all the forms from a unique interface. **Have control to all popup** and check if all is done good, we must made all possible check to send good data to the insurance company. **Application must have a universal form** that contains all fields need by every company so if company 1 want name and adress and the company b want last name and date od birth form must ask all this fields. **Application must run on a IIS server and must be done in .net or if u have a better, faster and cheper idea let us knew.** **All the code must be done and we need to see how it works and if is good online we u need to be able to publish to give me the way to show it to tha customer.** **The application must be full documented using product like robohelp in that way it will be easy for us translate all the docs.** **We need only good programmers in .net and fast delivery please place a bid and write un a little study on the way u wanna take to make this application.** We are here to give u all more information, we will comunicate on RAC for all the transactions. We prefer if people that bid give u a little exaple of past jobs. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
