I have an online e-recruitment website:
When an employer/agency logins in, they have the option of asking an applying jobseeker, questions specific to the position/job they advertised for.
Results per question asked is recorded for the employer/agency to see and scrutinise once the jobseeker completes the online questionnaire/test.
However, as you can conclude the statistics recorded is rudimentary/simple. I wish to have an online report generated in pdf format that analyses the individuals ability - in similiar way online psychometric tests do - as in websites such as [[login to view URL]][1] or [[login to view URL]][2]. They also generate reports based on skills levels, aptitude, numeracy skills, computer skills, ability to work in stress, leadership, etc, etc
If you go to [[login to view URL]][3], they have a iPROFILER (see attachment) product. I want to develop a similiar system, but more advanced and offer more flexible to user.
I would imagine that advanced search strings, or other means will be utilised to analyse option based questions and text based questions to generate reports. I would think option based questions will be easier for now.
**Deliverable:**
For option-based questions, that is selecting either A, B, C, etc, etc, and on the classification of question types (behavioral, numeracy skills, leadership, lateral thinking, situational skill analysis, like working in a group or by themselves or by working under pressure, etc), a report must be generated per applying jobseeker

Hi Thank you for your bids. However, the bids received is very much on the high side. I was anticipating that it will be between $200 - $400 at most. Also, no one has given me indication that they have past experience in developing my request. The system I request is not difficult, it just requests a little application. I can simulate what I want in excel, using basic functions. I kindly await revised bids and your methodology. Thank you
