Chat room optimisation

This is for implementing a faster Instant Messenger like speed for our chat room. We need proficient C++ and ActiveX coders to do this. The coder must be availible on Instant Messeger for communications and have lots of spare time to work on this as I would like it complete within a week if possible. The site is [login to view URL] and if you look at the chat room the speed is ASP refreshed based. I need an ActiveX control implemented to do somehting to make it 1. Faster (i.e. real time if possible) 2. Scalable - to handle at least 50-100 people 3. Robust solution that can be built upon in the future Please only serious coders apply.
