E-Learning Site Needing Cold Fusion Updates/Maintenance

This e-learning site was programmed in Cold Fusion 5 years ago. As the site has grown, new functionality has been added and on-going maintenance must take place. Project is two fold; 1) provide on-going maintenance and 2) create/modify functionality. The needed work is to do a simple redesign of the "member page", in the e-commerce section, a line ensuring that the member name and address matches the correct name and address on the credit card, that levels of security be added to the administrative back-end of the site and that as members sign up, email notifications are sent out to top administrators. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Documentation for all applications. 5) Specifically: 1. Redesign of the “Member’s Area?? page 1. Change page name to reflect tool bar name eg, Member Area 2. Move group/corporate membership link (add some people icons) 3. Add admin link with a person icon with a hat on and the admin link here. There is a password that I create to allow access to this area. I’d like this password area to be moved to the Member Area. 2. When someone signs up, I get an email telling me they’ve signed up. I need to receive all information from the student “register now?? page in the email announcement, e.g., the registration code, the date company name, etc. Basically all the information that they enter into their student profile, as well as anything else in the email announcement and a report telling me on a monthly basis who’s signed up 3. I need to be able to sort on the **entire** membership by company, participant name, registration codes, corporate codes, dates, etc. 4. Have a way for a member to print their receipt again. Located maybe in their student profile. 5. Ability to give discounts for groups of people up. Basically, a way to discount a corporate group. 6. Add levels of security for the back end. 1. President i. Access everything ii. Ability to add/delete managers, technicians, and admin persons and their passwords iii. View when they (above) have logged in last, passwords, change their password. 2. Managers and Technicians i. Everything, except deleting any information. Including courses, exams, course feedback, members, corporations on the live site. The president will receive notification of all changes made. What the changes were and who made them 3. Administration i. Generate reports, adding participants, and corporation. ii. No delete functions 1. In the e-commerce piece of the site, ensure that the name and address entered into the site matches exactly the card members name and address. ## Platform Windows in all 3.0 + versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape.
