Design of Small, Basic Websites - Regular Work for Right Coder

I have an internet marketing and web site content management business. I often have clients who need to have a website built and have, on occasion, built them myself. I am now getting too busy to do that (and besides, I am a pretty average web designer!), so am looking to outsource that work to a skilled, reliable designer with very good english skills. The "first" job will be to re-design an old site to give it a fresh, new look ([login to view URL]). This is effectively a test. If the end-result is great, then I will be looking at contracting you on a very regular basis to build more sites. Many of them will be brand new sites, although some might be re-design or modifying existing sites. It would help if you had php skills as some of the sites will have shopping cart backends. If you don't though, I can always contract someone else to do this type of work. The skills emphasis for this job is quick, good looking, functional web and graphic design. If you have any questions, just ask. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
