FTP between 2 servers

I need a php script that allow me to transfer files over an ftp connection between 2 external shared linux hosting accounts located in different hosting companies, without the need of downloading the files to my computer first.

The servers are linux with apache php and mysql.

I need a php script that allow me to transfer files over an ftp connection between 2 external shared linux hosting accounts located in different hosting companies, without the need of downloading the files to my computer first.

The servers are linux with apache php and mysql.

I will provide access to both servers, so you can install the application in any of them and make the application work .

The following are specific requirements the script needs:

1. Since the files to transfer are in specific folders I need to be able to write in a [url removed, login to view] file both origin folder in first hosting account and destination folder in second hosting account.

2. All files an subfolders in the selected origin folder must be transfed.

3. The ftp access information (ftp server, ftp port, username and password) for both origin and destination servers must also be written in the [url removed, login to view] file.

4. If connection could not be established, when transfer starts, an error message must say the reason. Example: destination folder does not exist, invalid origin username/password, origin ftp server not found.

The following (5 and 6) are not necessary, but would be great to have. Please say in your bid if you are willing to program them;

5. Since total size of files to transfer is big (50+ Gb) , I dont know if this is possible, but I would like to be abe to start making the transfer from my computer and then be abe to shut it down while the transfer continues.

6. While files are being transfered, I would like to see the transfer progress (file being transfered, file names transferred, % of file transfered)
