Membership site - design and develop - Joomla preffered

I am looking for a Joomla professional who can help me implement a membership site. The membership site has various segments and requires that each segment be segregated from the other in form of channels. Use of videos, audios, feedback forms, forums, event calendars and shopping cart will be required and can be handled by using Joomla extensions. If the professional feels that he can achieve all of the above without using Joomla, I am open to other suggestions as well. The person would also be responsible for a good design for the site. I would ideally prefer someone who has an idea about web2.0 designs and can add some AJAX fun to the site. It is important that you create a design mockup before actually creating the final Joomla theme. Only after my client approves the design mockup, you can go ahead and adapt it for Joomla or any other CMS. The website will have mainly 5 channels/segments which will require the ability to have an area where the admin (site owner) can add articles. These articles should have comment boxes, so that the readers can leave questions/feedback. Some of the channels will also require the ability to upload audio and videos (which will be streamed) as well as the ability to embed videos from Google Videos, youTube and elsewhere. Thanks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
