Need a Joomla Template

I am in need of a Joomla template for version 1.0.8. The template needs to be themed for a real-estate site. I would like the following done: 1. You can base your design off of rhuk_solarflare_li template. 2. Replace the "Joomla" Graphic that is in black on the top of the template with a graphic that contains a house in it with a for-sale sign. 3. Replace the "Powered by Jooma" with a graphic that says "Homes for Sale" 4. The navigation menu colors need to be changed to more lighter colors. I am leaving the color combinations up to you. They should be pleasing and professional looking. Of course, most of the color changes will be in the CSS file. I require a fast turnaround on this, so please bid only if you have experience working with Joomla templates. You will need to provide me this template in standard Joomla template install format. Please name the template "RealEstate". When bidding, please provide me a sample of your work done for a joomla template. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
