PHP / Custom Wordpress Template Development

I'm looking to have a Wordpress theme developed that will duplicate the look, feel and functionality of a custom built HTML template that I have. The developer must be proficeint with developing fully functional Wordpress themes and must be able to duplicate the look, feel and functionality of my customized HTML template (included in this bid request) into a PHP-driven Wordpress theme. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional WordPress Theme in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done 2) WP Theme must be in ready-to-run condition and fully functional upon being uploaded onto site, specifically being able to accept postings from any of the standard posting methods and specifically RSS2blog 3) WP Theme must duplicate look, feel and functionality of customized HTML template provided in this bid request 4) WP Theme must retain the two areas identified for pasting adsense scripts, adsense size will be specified to winning bidder 5) WP Theme must include both PHP scripts currently embedded in HTML template i.e. nav and menu 6) Navigation bar must be fully functional 7) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement) ## Platform Must be able to run on any of the servers upon which standard Wordpress themes can run
