Update mySQL database with 2004 data

I have a sports statistics website. The 2004 data is now published, and I need to make an update. I have already uploaded the new database to the website, and both databases can be viewed in phpMyAdmin. Currently the website uses a total of seven tables. I know in one table there were approximately 2 field names added, and 3 deleted (out of about 35 fields). I am pretty sure the other tables use all the same fields. The website uses Smarty. You will simply need to make a couple of changes in Smarty, and switch to using the new database. I don't believe this will take more than an hour. I would like for you to also include in your bid 2-3 hours of additional work, because I would like to add a couple more features to the site. As you can probably guess, there are lots of things you can do with sports statistics. :) Please feel free to view my history here at RAC.
