We are a small software company, located in Kathmandu, Nepal, specializing mostly in web development at the moment. As part of our growth plan, we are looking for partner companies in US, Canada, Europe, Australia and Japan to collaborate on range of web as well as desktop application development. Based on projects, we can come to upto 40-60 partnership in all the projects!! Our primary focus with is deliver high quality output at the most cost effective pricing. As such, we use cutting edge technologies, tools and frameworks in our development process. So, if you have: 1. Good reputation / PR in customer relationship 2. Good requirement gathering capability from the customer. Possibly either get the BRD from the client or prepare it after holding discussions with the customer. 3. Must be able to clearly describe client requirements to us. 4. Honest in dealing. We are serious about customer satisfaction, but your dealing with customers should be transparent to us too. We need long term relationships only. To prove that you are able fetch us projects, we need you provide us with at least two good projects/clients. It is very essential that we be honest with each other in our dealing with clients. Looking forward for companies/persons with desire for strong bonding and long term relationships with a strong minded team in the Himalayan Land of Nepal. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform Mostly PHP based web application initially. As we gain trust and growth, we will delve into other platforms too.
