The CA group charges quarterly membership for access to it's information forum which is phpbb 2.6 based. The only way we can limit access to the forum is by htaccess, this makes membership sign up slow as the process is not automated. At the moment anyone using the site must register Free with their details. Entitled to order any CA products or services Scheme 3. Advanced membership, £250 per year, included Sealand CA email account, discount on services, remote use of online design interface use of all templates for membership name only. Use of forum private discussion areas. Secure webspace use for storing your remote documents, control panel for accessing stored documents. You will not be able to store or print documents locally. Scheme 4. Global Partnership, £1000 per year, Mirrored website, Sealand email account, payment ordering system, local use of online design interface, forum management. 50/50 deal on all work processed via CA. The project doesn't end here, membership scheme 3 is where the fun starts. Here the member will be able to send PDF ready files ready for remote printing. Typically the member will choose from a selection of screen viewable templates of bills and statements, they will be able to input details into PDF style forms so layout looks the same. The statement and bill templates will need to perform automatic on screen calculations using form calcs similiar to excel, which are saved to the PDF document for eventual printing. The idea would be that someone could generate an invoice or statement on line, send to our server for final local printing. Templates will be expandable to suit various types of documents including instant letter writing with the clients chosen custom logo or one of the pre loaded logos on our system. Ideally all on screen completed forms will be stored to our server database for easy printing via PDF in the layout and format they were keyed on screen. All of our online forms send details directly by email at the moment, instructions are then manually keyed into an MS Access database we want this process completely automated to print a report of each order received.
