Web Site Flash header(repost)

**UPDATE:** I will need two files for this project.

I need the first file two days after selecting your bid. THis will be the words of the logo and subtitle animated.

The second file will be as described below (everything animated). This can be done within the bid deadline.

**Please make sure you are prepared to do this animation right away and that you can keep in close communication with me; if you cannot, do not accept this project as I have a tight deadline.**

Project details: An animated Macromedia flash header for a web site I have designed. I would like to receive bids from only those with _extensive experience_ with flash. **Please point to examples of your work that demonstrate your Flash/graphical abilities.** Look at the file I'm attaching;, understand that virtually every element of what you see will need to be animated.

I will only consider bids from those who have completed **at least 5 rent-a-coder projects and a rating of at least "9"** *(If you have done fewer projects or are rated below "9", don't bother bidding because I won't even look at your bid).*

This particular project will require use and integration of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator files that I provide. It will also call for creativity and input from you to make the animation dynamic and professional looking.

Project details:

1. Dimensions are 778px x 108px

2. I need both SWF and FLA files upon completion.

3. You mustwork with me on changes to the header as my clients give feedback. There will likely be several changes. The header you see attached to this bid request will likely not be exactly the same as you work on (it will be close).

4. Be prepared to add your own ideas about how the animation or graphical elements of the header can be improved. **I want someone who has lots of ideas and who can make this animation look slick and professional.**

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

All recent versions of popular web browsers (IE, Netscape, Firefox, etc). FLA file needs to be compatible with Macromedia Flash.
