I am looking for someone to build a contest service that works with the flickr API.
I want to be able to setup photo contests and skin the service to match my customers websites. Visitors will pay (with paypal) to enter a photo competition and can then add up to a set number of images into any one of the categories. The contest manager decides how many categories there are and how many images can be uploaded.
The visitor can enter images from their flickr account. They previously tag the images in their flickr account and then those images appear on the entry screen in the competition website (after they pay) and can be selected and entered into the competition. All images remain hosted on Flickr.
The contest manager then has a judging platform where they can see the entered images by category. The manager can then assign people to each category to select a subset of images to be presented to the judges. The manager can then setup any number of judges. The judges see the finalist images (in full screen mode) and rate them from 1 to 10. There is then a screen that shows the thumbnails of the entries ranked by score with each judge's name and the score they gave to the images. The winning images can then be added to a new set on the flickr site displaying the winners.
There should also be a button on the finalist screen that allows the manager to download all of the images onto their desktop in the highest available resolution. The manager screen will allow the manager to establish the paypal email address and the flickr group details.
